Alternative Legal Approaches to Problems

Help! Please send me details about what *has* worked!   Or even your ideas on what could work.  Ill list them here.  Eventually, I will divide this page into two separate pages on what is known to have worked and what is just an idea.

Known Successful Legal Approaches.   Legal strategies that have a successful example to back them up.  If possible we have a case reference.

Suggested Legal Approaches.   Items in this category range from being suggested either by a lawyer or some reasonably authoritative source such as an employee at a local government office,  as something to try to others that members have come up with but are just brainstorming.  But they may be worth it, so ask your lawyer.  In any case, please report back here if you try it and have a case of it working or not working.

Known Failed Legal Approaches.   Things that we have examples of not working to accomplish a specific legal objective.
